Appointment Policies | Please Read Before Booking 1. Appointment Scheduling & Deposits: All appointments must be booked in advance. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service. There is a $25 non-refundable deposit due at booking. Please select “Deposit” for it to be applied — if it is not selected, you are still authorizing a deposit transaction. Deposit Incentive: If you book your next appointment before leaving your current appointment, your next deposit will be $15 instead of $25. ⸻ 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% service fee. If the fee is unable to be processed, 50% of the missed appointment will be added to your next service total. Please cancel at your earliest convenience. If the card on file comes up as insufficient funds it will be transferred to the next appointment made. ⸻ 3. Hygiene and Safety: Your health and safety are my top priorities. All tools and equipment are thoroughly sanitized before each use. Please notify me of any allergies or skin conditions prior to your appointment. If any signs of fungal infection or “greenies” (bacterial discoloration) are found on the nail at any point during your appointment, the service will be stopped immediately for safety reasons. In this case, your appointment will be canceled with no cancellation fee, and you may be advised to seek proper treatment before rebooking. ⸻ 4. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, credit cards, and digital tap-to-pay methods. I do not accept Zelle, Apple Pay through iMessage (tap method only), or Cash App unless previously authorized. ⸻ 5. Late Arrivals: There is a $15 late fee at 15 minutes. At 20 minutes, your appointment will be forfeited and you will be charged 50% of your service. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Full service fees still apply. ⸻ 6. Early Bird / After Hours Appointments: These appointments are occasionally available and must be approved by me. Please add yourself to my waitlist with the date(s), time(s), and service you want. If approved, I will personally text you to set up your appointment. There is an automatic $35 Early Bird/After Hours fee that applies to: • Appointments scheduled before 10:00 AM (10:30 AM on select days) • Appointments that run more than 1 hour past closing time • Any appointment scheduled on weekends • Holidays This fee is due in full at booking, along with your deposit, and is non-refundable. ⸻ 7. No Guests: To maintain a relaxing environment, please do not bring guests to your appointment. Any additional persons will be asked to wait in the car. ⸻ 8. Bare Nails Policy: Please arrive with bare nails. I do not work over any sets that were not performed by me. This ensures I can provide the best quality service possible. ⸻ 9. Bridal & Travel Services (Makeup Only): For bridal or travel makeup services, please text 708-673-7791 for detailed information and booking. ⸻ 10. Rescheduling: Please reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid last-minute cancellation fees. Deposits may roll over one time only. After one reschedule, a new deposit will be required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be done 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within the 48 hour period, you will be charged 50% of service. If you do a no-show you will have to pay a 50% no show fee or (Clients may be blocked from booking after second no call/no show and will possibly be blocked if you have insufficient funds when your cancellation fee needs to be paid)
