Appointment Scheduling & Deposit’s : All appointments must be booked in advance. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service. There is a $25 non refundable deposit due at booking, please select “Deposit” for it to be applied, if it is not selected, you are still authorizing a deposit transaction. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% fee. If the fee is unable to be processed, at your next appointment 50% of the previous appointment will be added to your total. So please make sure you cancel at your earliest convenience. 3. Hygiene and Safety: Your health and safety are my top priorities. All tools and equipment are thoroughly sanitized before each use. Please notify me of any allergies or skin conditions prior to your appointment. 4. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods. I do not except Zelle, Apple Pay (through iMessage, tap method only) or Cashapp unless authorized. 5. Late Arrivals: There is a $15 late fee at 15 minutes, at 20 minutes your appointment has unfortunately been forfeited and you will be charged 50% of your service. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Full service fees will still apply. 6.Early bird/after hour appointment: These appointments are occasionally available and must be approved by me. Please put yourself on my waitlist with the date(s) time(s) and service you want. If approved I will personally text you to set up your appointment. There is an automatic fee of $35 for any after hours/early bird/holiday days. This fee is due AT BOOKING in full along with your $25 deposit. This is also non refundable. 7.No Guests: To maintain a relaxing environment, please do not bring guests to your appointment. Any additional persons will be asked to wait in the car. 8.Please come to your appointment with bare nails, I do not work over any work that was not performed by me. This is to ensure you get the best service I can provide. 9.For any bridal & travel services for makeup only please text 708-673-7791 for more in depth details. 10. Rescheduling: Please reschedule 48hrs before your appointment time to avoid last minute cancellation fees. Deposits roll over only to ONE rescheduled appointment, after that a new deposit will be required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be done 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel 48 hours within the 48 hour period, you will be charged 50% of service. If you do a no-show you will have to pay a 50% no show fee or (Clients may be blocked from booking after second no call/no show and will possibly be blocked if you have insufficient funds when your cancellation fee needs to be paid)
